We are looking for a Production Engineering & Technical Support (PE & TS) Lead, who wants to support us solve one of the most important global issues of our time – Ensuring a more sustainable future and lead a group of skilled engineers.

We are currently looking for PE & TS Lead for our Lindø factory.
 
The PE & TS (Production Engineering and Technical Support) is a supporting department for our manufacturing of Nacelle and Hub lines. The department focus areas are daily support of running production line and our new product introduction (NPI). The PE/TS Engineer ensure technical/engineering support for documentation, tools, continuous improvements, and daily tasks. Leading the team by intent-based leadership and support by technical knowledge, will be a main part of your job, to secure well being for your team and best technical support for our manufacturing processes.

 

Responsibilities
Your tasks will vary in complexity and nature but will keep its focus on the below items:

  • PE/TS team daily leading, securing deliverables on time and right quality to fill KPIs
  • Develop PE/TS Engineers to be ready for current and future roles
  • Cooperation withing local, regional and global stakeholders to secure optimal support for team and manufacturing lines
  • Development of production setup and documentation including process flow, component allocation, layout, and work instructions
  • Engage in P-FMEA activities
  • Support Technology transfer
  • Support the serial production regarding nonconformities, technical questions, automation and maturing the assembly process

 
Qualifications

  • An engineering degree within Marine, electrical, mechanical, production or other relevant area combined with some years’ experience within production environments
  • Leadership experience minimum 3 years
  • Great technical understanding
  • Experience within other large corporate organizations
  • Danish language skills
  • Have good communication skills and fluent in English (speaking and writing)
