TS Engineer

To strengthen our evening and night shifts we are looking for TS Engineers with a great technical understanding, and someone who possess the courage and pride in approaching challenges with the aim to support the overall output from Assembly.

Lindø Technical Support (TS) is responsible for technical support to Assembly as well run the maintenance of the Production Engineering foundation for the operational part of Vestas-Lindø.
TS is a mixed team with different competences looking for colleagues to mainly handle frontline support tasks in the evenings, nights and on weekends.
Responsibilities
- By stepping into the TS Team, you will cooperate closely with a wide range of stakeholders and be heavily involved in securing our output and ramp-up of production:
- As subject matter expert in Lindø TS-Team supporting our Assembly Teams, HSE, Quality, Logistic and other internal stakeholders by offering technical frontline assistance
- Participate in Kaizen events for constant developing and maturing of our production processes
- Maintenance of the Production Engineering foundation (like Routing, Tools, Documentation etc.)
- Engaging with project organizations on NPI implementation and Tech Transfer projects
Qualifications
- An engineering degree or similar within Marine, electrical, mechanical, production or other relevant area combined with some years’ experience within either production or other relevant areas is preferred
- High technical understanding and insight in production environment
- It’s an advantage but not a demand you have experience in how to navigate in a large corporate organization
- Danish language skills are welcomed but are not required. Vestas is a multi-cultural and global company, and international applicants are very welcome
- Have good communication skills in English

- Able to keep assembly progressing but with respect to HSE and Quality in focus
- Good skill in communication with colleagues on all levels
- Willingness and courage to take ownership and lead to ensure progress on tasks
- Have a good understanding of complex organizational setups, to efficiently communicate with your colleagues and relevant stakeholders
- Have a good technical foundation, and the ability to pick up new knowledge fast
- Most important is the approach and ability to collaborate when facing challenges

Expected travel approximately 20 days annually.
