This role will entail a broad interface of communication with stakeholders and a level of support to those around you, we are seeking an individual that is pro-active and holds the confidence to drive these interactions and to fulfil the responsibilities for this role to both the highest standard of quality and also achieving results.   • Delivering Vestas GWO Basic and Advanced safety refresher training according to the Global Wind Organization (GWO) standards
  • Maintain training material according to Vestas and GWO standards
  • Keep up-to-date with the turbines in our portfolio
  • Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements
  • Attend meetings regularly and participate in training-related discussions and projects
  • Support establishment of training programs to suit the current organisational needs
  • Ensure that documentation for all courses are maintained and up-to-date
  • Delivering Vestas specific safety trainings and facilitate site specific exercises and trainings to the expected standard



  • Have a relevant education with pre-hospital experience
  • Are an experienced instructor or willing to take up the challenge of becoming an instructor
  • Are fluent in English (verbal and oral)
  • Are a proficient user of Microsoft Office applications



  • Can understand and adapt to new technologies
  • Are flexible, service-minded and well-organised
  • Have a creative mind-set
  • Can act proactively and work independently
  • Can travel up to 50 % a year

Additional information
Your primary workplace will be the Vestas Training centre in Lindø, DK.

You will be required to travel around 100-120 days per year.
