Manufacturing and Global Procurement > Regional Supply Chain NCE> Regional Logistics Development NCE
The regional Supply Chain organization in Northern & Central Europe (NCE) is responsible for securing E2E material flow all the way from vendor to customer site for all 6 manufacturing units in 4 different countries. We are responsible for securing due diligence in ramp up & down plans during new product introductions, Technology Transfers & Local Content projects, material demand and supplier logistic readiness for NPI projects as well as supporting the business with input for business cases, vendor logistic agreements & delivery RISK mitigation through category teams among others to ensure a cost optimized supply chain.


Responsibilities
You will become a part of a team of 14 people located in 3 different countries and all with various backgrounds within and outside the company. Here you will be:
•    Responsible for supporting our NCE factories to make sure we stay within our targets and secure that we are able to execute on our production plans and customer deliveries. 
•    Responsible for participating in NPI projects to secure solid ramp up & down plans as well as gatekeep on readiness of logistic setup, do high stake RISK mitigation management by establishing supply chain overview (line of balance), highlight bottlenecks and supplier capacity constraints and secure involvement from relevant departments 
•    Make action plans and report to stakeholders and management, Transport & duty Budget and monthly follow up for the region. 
•    To support the continues development of our supply chain by identifying requirements in the factories and work on solutions with our stakeholders, improve business processes, improve flow, and reduce cost is of essence to prepare or business for the future.


Qualifications
We imagine, that you hold a master's degree in Economics & Business Administration (the Danish cand.merc.), a master's degree in engineering within Supply Chain or Operations Management, Business Development Engineer or similar. 
•    We prefer that you have some years of relevant experience, or you are a recent graduate with a lot of willingness to learn. Most important is, that you have a lot of potential to develop your expertise.
•    We prefer experience with Logistics & Supply Chain from a larger manufacturing unit
•    As this position requires a lot of communication with stakeholders, you will need skills in stakeholder- and change management
•    Good knowledge of SAP ERP or another ERP system 
•    High Excel and analytical skills
