Logistic Coordinator

Manufacturing and Global Procurement > COO NCE > Factory Material Management Lindø
Working with the Factory Material Management department at Lindo you will work as part of 400 employees where the Nacelle/Hub is produced. Interfacing with Production, Planning, warehouse, sourcing and suppliers you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination of logistics. Working as part of a small team of two, both having a broad range of knowledge a skill within the field you will contribute to daily operations whist ensuring continuous improvement within the department and tight collaboration with a variety of stakeholders.  


Responsibilities

  • Preform daily operations focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Productivity, constantly looking for improvement activities 
  • Reporting on a weekly basis to the team leader as well as collaborate with tool coordinator in all matters related to the project 
  • Create and review dashboard plan for main activities based on request and systems such as SAP 
  • Distribute tasks to material handlers, conduct safety speeches on daily basis, plan of work, open report review, IMS observation, NCR resolutions 
  • Work under five lean concept improvement, sort, streamline, shine, standardise and sustain 
  • Quickly respond and close reconciliation issues with suppliers, transport, company and service team 
  • Participate and give input for scorecard meetings with suppliers and GP 

 

Qualifications

  • Should have BSc in relevant subject matter such as Engineering or Administration 
  • Should have upper level use of SAP, user MM and LE 
  • Should have over three years of experience in a warehouse environment with spare parts
  • Should have knowledge of and successful experience in Lean Improvement 

 

Competencies

  • Should be proactive with the confidence to take accountability and responsibility in high pressured environment
  • Should have good communication skills, both written and verbal. Including confident ability in English language
  • Should be team orientated with the ability to motivate continuous improvement across the site

Additional Information
Primary work location: Munkebo, Lindo 
This position requires approximately 10 days travel per year.
