Manufacturing and Global Procurement > Regional Manufacturing NCE > PEX Lindø

The PEX Department for Nacelle & HUB production provides daily support in the implementation of Lean tools and continuous improvement activities. Our goal is to optimize processes for optimal efficiency. The PEX team at Lindø collaborates closely with stakeholders across different organizational levels to add value to daily routines, and exciting new projects.
 
Responsibilities 

  • Ensure the Implementation of OPEX assessment together with PEX team
  • Training of stakeholders in different lean tools and facilitating and following up on Local Kaizen Board activities
  • Leading and conducting 5S Audits and Trainings
  • Updating Crane Plans as per changes with focus on safety 
  • Aligning Job Sequences for optimal flow in the assembly area
  • Updating Warehouse Delivery Plan for just-in-time delivery
  • Gathering and analyzing Data for Production to ensure continuous improvement

 

Qualifications 

  • An Engineering Degree 
    We also prefer the following:
  • some experience in production/process/tools engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • Some hands-on experience with Kaizen Activities, 5S & other lean tools
  • Practical experience in implementing and managing change in a production environment
  • Experience with Production Support software

  • Advanced communication skills with fluent English proficiency and Basic Danish oral skills for effective communication and change management
  • Skilled at analyzing and evaluating data and present it in a simple way
  • Capable of making timely, informed decisions considering facts, goals, constraints, and risks
  • You can promote collaboration, inspire innovation, and engage people effectively
  • Thrives on working closely with others, especially in change management and facilitating diverse stakeholder groups
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Maintains focus on achieving goals and delivering results

Additional information  
20 days of travel activity per year are expected.
