Would you like to take the daily management in our Documentation team? We are looking for a Documentation Team Lead with a great technical understanding, that also has the interest in stepping into a remote Team Lead position

Production Basis - Nacelles is part of the PE Nacelles organization. Production Basis is having the end-to-end responsibility for ensuring operational process readiness by verifying and maturing production documentation through prototype builds.

 

Responsibilities

  • Take the daily management in the Documentation team securing work instructions, control plans, process plans and production inspection instructions are created
  • Create long term plans for the projects and the needed resources and secure an accurate plan in accordance with the product roadmap
  • Ensuring that the input from the engineers and designers are delivered in time for the creation of the documentation packages 
  • Follow all relevant meetings for PWI input (DWG/OSOS/Build etc.), 
  • Find the contact needed for the PWI ex. Tool/DWG/Lifting instructions /PFMEA/CP etc., 
  • Ensure that TR's in projects are passed in accordance with the product roadmap, 
  • Contact with Industrialization Lead and Factories, secure flow of information between stakeholders & projects

 
Qualifications

  • Solid experience in a similar role in the production industry. Could be in planning, project coordination, engineering or something related to documentation and control. There are many entry ways into this position
  • If with technical background on wind turbines 3 year of experience is sufficient 
  • High proficiency in English (both in writing and orally) 
  • Good IT skills besides MS Office, (Teams , Outlook ; Word /excel) ; JIRA , VISIO , Windchill, SAP 
  • Knowledge in Mechanical / electrical / composites 
  • Advanced understanding of technical input from technical drawing; Process Plans; Control Plans; MBom 
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
