The Global Reward team in Vestas oversees all global policies and processes within the area of compensation & benefits. Responsibilities
- Advisor role for HRBPs in the region on the Reward area- Regional governance of compensation structures and components, i.e. position evaluation, spot awards, off-cycle increase, allowances, benefits and other elements related to total compensation
- Regional compensation expert for the region, by providing HR colleagues and business stakeholders with, advise, guide and challenge stakeholders on compensation related issues, markets trends, compliance, cost and risk
- Regional responsibility of the annual reward cycle, i.e. updating benchmarks, renewal of insured benefits, total cost data collection, budget input, annual merit and/ or bonus, off-cycle increases / promotion approvals etc.
- Ensure global programs and policies are implemented according to legislation, marked practice and local business needs
- Auditing and reporting of compensation data and specific focus areas (i.e. spot awards, promotions, salary position in range etc.)
- Support the development of Vestas compensation and benefit strategy

Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
- Coach and support managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as compensation, benefits, learning & development, and DEI
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Promote employee engagement and encourage a positive workplace culture
Qualification
- Master's degree (Business, finance, HR or similar)
- Experience from international company working with compensation and reward across process and data in countries in the European region3-5 years of relevant experience as a Reward specialist, or similar role.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Reward processes
- Experience with compensation survey data sources and methodologies

- Proficient analytical and quantitative skills
- High level of quality and consistent compliance to process and policy• Financial understanding and interest
- Highly experienced in using Excel and HR systems (SuccessFactors and SAP)
- Solution-oriented approach
- Holistic perspective
- Detail-oriented and able to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, but also with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
- Advanced stakeholder management skills
