The Service Department is responsible for the proper functioning of our customers' wind farms. In this sense, we ensure the performance of each turbine throughout its useful life. We guarantee that the turbines are operational at their maximum capacity, providing the best energy yield for customers. As such, the team is crucial for us to maintain a solid and long-term relationship whit our customers.
The Service Operations Support sub department is responsible to ensure all the contractual obligations activities are carried out and deliver a planning schedule for operations team.
Responsibilities:
The Service Master Scheduler is responsible to lead a dispatchers team and ensure all maintenance plans are correctly planned and executed. The role is responsible to follow up on all type of work orders.
- Maintain regional resource availability
- Continuously challenge the planning & scheduling to ensure optimal levelled service activities
- Identify need for temporary technician resources and liaise with Dispatchers / Site or Resource Managers
- Support with CIM sequence / execution timelines and review resource requirements
- Analysis and monitoring of material inventory / availabilities and subcontractor and resource performance
- Continuously improve and implement Planning & Scheduling projects and processes
Qualifications:
Process engineering, bachelor's degree in administration, management, or related field
- Intermediate/advanced English skills
- Experience with SAP, Excel, Salesforce, CRM, Microsoft Office
- Experience managing personnel
- Experience in activity planning, preferably maintenance
- Basic technical knowledge, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic, is desirable
Location: México City or Victoria.
