Supply Chain Coordination in LATAM plays a key role in supporting our Service-Construction Business including Sales Transactional departments in the region. This area encompasses a range of activities which involves synchronizing activities among different business partners such as suppliers, distributors and customers with the goal of effectively-efficiently optimize the flow of products and services from the source to the end consumer.
Supply Chain Coordination implies activities as order and inventory management, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components, use of tools and technological systems, data analysis as well as coordination and decision-making.
Supply Chain Coordination currently operates in 16 countries in Latin America so the job is challenging and requires adherence to established processes and the ability to cope with new situations and resolve a variety of problems.
Responsibilities:
A Lead Supply Chain Coordinator is focused to:
Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain.
Build strong partnerships with internal suppliers and stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability and timely delivery.
Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies for improvement.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals, assigning and organizing tasks, setting goals and ensuring the realization of goals.
Measure and report on KPIs related to customer service level support, including on-time delivery and on-time confirmation.
Analyze demand fluctuations, inventory shortages or distribution issues through Excel and Power BIs.
Qualifications:
2-5 years in supply chain-related roles
Bachelor's degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related areas.
Experience in leadership or team management.
English proficiency
Knowledge and creation of software tools: SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
