Customer Care Engineer

Vestas offers a range of services across most major OEM platforms, from low-scope services to wall-to-wall programs with advanced guarantees. As an important part of the Services organization, the Customer service Engineer plays an essential role to achieve Service business growth and targets, working closely with Service Planner, Operations Manager and Equipment Sales.



  • To secure high-quality customer relationship, leading to increased customer satisfaction
  • To work together and communicate effectively with all departments to maintain a good level of interaction within the field and within the office to quickly inform and advise customers on all service operations, plan changes, delays, cost overruns, safety, and environmental issues, etc. Coordinate with Service Operations and Technical department for the resolution of possible issues
  •  To be commercially aware of the contract's financial performance and requirements and inform /escalate cost overruns, requests out of scope, and transition to new contracts
  •  Act as a counterpart to customer's responsible manager
  • Own, handle and systematically record all customer issues, using available tools • Ensure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to contractual obligations, quotations, invoicing, etc.



• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar

• At least 5 years of experience for instance in a customer-facing position (e.g. sales, project management, contract management, particularly with large complex customers), ideally within the energy market • Familiarity with complex technical machinery, plant, processes, or systems

 • Good business sense and good economical understanding of contracts

 • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects across a large complex organization;

• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
