Site Project Administrator

Site Administrator
 
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Administrator is responsible for providing all round administrative support to the site construction team based on site at Granville Harbour in Tasmania.
 
Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Site Manager, Site Supervisor and other site based staff
  • Track invoices and returns, undertake stock takes and ensure up to date inventory data is maintained within the system.
  • Maintain Project Stock Process for Smooth Running of the project site
  • Administer the construction plan on SAP.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with onsite clients, vendors and subcontractors.
  • Maintain HSE Records
  • Maintain Site Training Records
  • Maintain Site T & M Documentation
  • Maintain Site Financial Records

 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in a service environment.
  • Experience working in remote locations.
  • Administration experience in large asset based environment.
  • Ability to Liaise with sub-contractors in remote site locations e.g. crane, electrical, civil.
  • Management and reporting of budgetary requirements
  • Experience in high pressure situations and ability to take decisions.
  • Understanding of  transport / logistics in local market.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting reports
