Reporting to the Service Director, the Process Improvement Analyst will be responsible for reviewing current operational processes, evaluating output and identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives and strategies.


Service Operation > Service AUNZ > Operations AUNZ > Process Improvement 



  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
  • Implement new global/regional cost saving initiatives
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
  • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
  • Perform weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports



  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Communication skills - ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP

Additional information

  • Primary work location: Melbourne, VIC, Australia, 5 days a week
  • This position may require travel (minimal)
  • You must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job.
