Vestas Australia is presenting a new opportunity to join our expansive global organization. We are seeking professionals to become part of our Transactional Process Improvement team, providing support across the APAC region.

As part of the Vestas Service Organization the Transactional Process Improvement (TPI) Team is an integral part of our mission to simplify to scale. As a global team with members anchored in all of the Vestas regions, we are responsible to develop & train Lean Tools dedicated to administrative environments such as sales and finance. We are also committed to support the business with the collaborative execution of regional and global improvement projects to power the solution and strengthen our global operating model. Responsibilities:

  • As the TPI anchor for the APAC region, your responsibilities include:
  • Working closely with regional and global leadership in Service Commercial Functions.
  • Practicing the "Go To Gemba" methodology.
  • Creating and executing the annual roadmap for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing training to employees on Lean principles and tools.
  • Ensuring that Lean practices become an integral part of our daily operations.
  • Directing the implementation of specific continuous improvement projects.
  • Developing and expanding the Lean Toolbox

 

Qualification :

  • Academic Degree in Engineering or Business Administration 
  • 5+ years of experience in Lean Administration or Production
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 e.g. Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage but not required

 

Competencies:

  • You are passionate about people and maintaining relationships
  • Enthusiasm to work in a fully international environment
  • Resilience to handle different workstreams in parallel 
  • Ability and experience in international/intercontinental travel (3-6 weeks a year)
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced analytical skills
