This role will drive productivity, streamline processes, and support the day-to-day activities of the SVP/Country Manager's office. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure administrative, operational, and commercial success while working in a large international organization and developing an intricate knowledge of the Vestas business.



The purpose of this role is to proactively support the SVP & Country Manager, providing relevant business support, plus all necessary administrative and secretarial assistance when required. It would suit someone with a background in business administration and/or management, and those with high aspirations to succeed within a global business.





  • Drive productivity through efficient time management and scheduling
  • Drafting and developing templates for communications and correspondence
  • Developing communications material and scheduling
  • Presenting reports to senior leadership at board/C-suite level
  • Providing administrative support to the SVP
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholder, particularly with those across the APAC region and in Denmark
  • Expense reconciliation
  • Maintain the SVP and County manager's library (including subscriptions, industry orientated documentation and so on)
  • Maintaining a market map of contacts
  • Undertaking market research to support business initiatives and key decision making
  • Completing analysis of industry and market trends
  • Assess organisational processes and systems and provide advice on insights
  • Providing budget and forecasting support to the SVP
  • Facilitating senior meetings and ensuring productivity through identifying issues and developing agendas




  •   Minimum 5 years’ experience providing proactive and professional business, administrative, and management support at a MD/C-Suite level
  •   Experience in international travel management.
  •   Proactive executive system development and implementation
  •   Proactive executive business communication – all levels
  •   Experience in Events Coordination
  •   Financial analysis and presentation
  •   Experience working in an autonomous environment on a global scale


Essential Skills   


  •  Advanced MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SAP knowledge
  •  Ability to establish and maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality.
  •  Ability to keep relationships at a professional level
  •  Internal and external customer and supplier relationship building skills.
  •  Ability to participate effectively as part of a team.
  •  Highly developed planning and organizational skills.
