Vestas have an opportunity available and are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positive. In your role as Customer Relationship Professional, you will be instrumental in offering remarkable support to our clients. You will diligently engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and offer personalised solutions to ensure they have a seamless experience with our company. Your skill in effective communication, understanding customer needs, and managing interactions will be vital in this position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service contracts
  • Define a common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with the Area Supervisor)
  • Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments, and service quotations
  • Assist with answering contractual questions from Customers, the Sales Department, and Area Supervisors
  • Oversee the process for resolving technical open cases by maintaining consistent communication and close cooperation with the Product Support Department
  • Control project Billing plan including adequate invoicing of variables, bonuses and penalties
  • Ensure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the Contract
  • Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customer related to the production period
  • Manage customer communications to facilitate recovery efforts
  • Deconstruct the contract with scope creep knowledge

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in product sales or service function
  • Bachelor of Business (or equivalent)
