Vestas are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our collaborative and knowledgeable team in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to be the face of Vestas and communicate directly with our portfolio of clients across Australia and New Zealand.

 

Our customer relationship team liaise directly with our clients who own wind farms across the ANZ region. As the successful candidate you will manage a portfolio of clients relating to operational wind farms across ANZ

Your role will encompass both communicating with our clients and solving any issues as they arise as well as collaborating with a variety of internal stakeholders to achieve the necessary outcomes meeting our contractual obligations. At times you will liaise directly with wind farm service staff on output of energy or relating queries to our Service Sales team.

 

You will build great relationships internally and externally and get the opportunity to really own the work in front of you each day.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ability to interpret and facilitate queries of client contracts
  • Meet and exceed "Guarantee levels" with tracker
  • Review on Scope creek on obligatory services and proactively manage Customer's and Operational expectations
  • Periodical meetings with Customers
  • Handling Customer queries and managing Loyalty base for repeat order as "Brand Promoters"
  • Lead the inter-department ticketing mechanism, for meeting committed timelines to Customers
  • Track financial efficiency of the assigned Service Contracts and mitigate the Contract risks
  • Manage receivables
  • Upselling on ongoing technological features
  • Empower and drive "Commercialise the Operations" by extending the support to Operational teams

 

Qualifications

  • Engineering with 3-5 years experience desired on handing Engineering products
  • Preference to having experiences in Product-Sales OR Service-Sales function

  • Managing customer expectations and align to the Vestas process flow
  • Professional customer retentionship skills
  • Ability to manage Customer meetings
  • Confidence in contract interpretation and track the progress
  • Upselling and transactional skills
  • Basic financial knowledge
  • Comfortable with being the voice of Vestas to our customer
