We safeguard, enhance, facilitate, monitor, and standardize plant operations globally. We optimize lifecycle management, ensure efficient plant operations and product operational readiness, and facilitate the transition of new plant products to operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement operations in Operational Technology (OT) for cybersecurity and network systems based on business requirements
- Ensure OT systems meet operational needs and integrate seamlessly with other systems
- Ensure system integration and testing to guarantee functionality and performance
- Collaborate with other teams and internal organizations to ensure smooth integration of network and cybersecurity systems with other industrial control systems
- Support commercial teams by reviewing service contracts, identifying risks for operations delivery, and proposing mitigation actions
- Ensure operational readiness of legacy and new plant products
- Ensure quality standards of documentation for OT operations (cybersecurity and network systems), including user manuals and technical guides
- Monitor operational performance, seeking efficiency improvements and cost reductions
- Monitor the profitability of service contracts and propose corrective actions when required
- Implement new processes and methodologies to optimize operations performance and security
- Oversee and manage cybersecurity and network-related forums, ensuring efficiency and readiness of operations teams
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical discipline
- 5 years of engineering experience working on the design or operations of network communication systems and cyber security services in operational technology.•Insight into Cyber security frameworks such as IEC62443, NERC-CIP, CSC-20, NIST, AESCSF or similar
- Solid experience in Cisco Systems, any Cisco certification like CCNA is beneficial
- Knowledge and thorough understanding about computer forensics analysis, ethical hacking, security testing, network intrusion detection, malware detection, syslog, identity and access management
- Speak and write fluently in English
