The service department in Sweden is responsible for the maintenance and operations of wind turbines on behalf of, and in close collaboration with our customers. 
Service Sweden is a part of Vestas North & West region, that covers the UK, Ireland, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark

Responsibilities
From our office in Malmö, you will assist the Sweden South, Service Dispatching team. The aim for the Dispatching team is to create a perfect plan to our service technicians who is spread from Mora and down to Malmö in the south. As a team leader, you will be responsible for developing the team to meet the targets in a fast-changing environment. 

  • Management of our dispatching team, including 11 colleagues
  • Development of the team
  • Ensure that the team delivers based on key criteria and KPIs in service
  • Ensure that the team is following internal processes and, where necessary, always implement continuous optimization
  • Participate in the development of the strategy for Planning and at the same time deliver on the strategy laid out via projects and initiatives
     

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with people management
  • Experience from the operational part of the business, such as logistics or task planning
  • Good communication skills, in Swedish and English, verbal and in writing
  • Good skills in the Microsoft office package, especially Excel
  • Experience with Sales Force and SAP is advantageous

  • Leading on a distance as a couple of the team members are not located in Malmö
  • Like to network and build good relationships 
  • Good business understanding
  • Self-motivating and able to work effectively towards constant improvements
  • Service-minded with a natural motivation to give your customers a good service experience

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Malmö, Sweden. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 10-15% per year.
