The Service Administration supports the local sites, Field supervisors and service technicians throughout Sweden. Each member of the team offers their own skill set to ensure local efficiencies are maintained and that alignment to other Vestas SUB's is met. The endeavor of this role is to support the business and its growth by handling administrative tasks in regard to Service Fleet coordination, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and local service staff.
Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator for Fleet Management, you will oversee the replacement and ordering of new services vehicles for Sweden. The role is strategically important and affects the everyday work of our many Swedish service technicians. In addition, the role will collaborate closely with the Northern European fleet coordinator group and its team lead based in Hamburg. The main responsibilities will include:
- Service Fleet Management, owning the local process end-to-end for Sweden
- Warehouse facilities coordination – ensure that everything that is needed in the warehouse for the technicians including Lease/Rent contracts coordination and maintenance
- Purchase Orders and Goods Received
- Procurement
- Close contact with local sites to understand specific needs
- Follow up on Configurations for LCV standard factory setup and interior and racking system to fit local business need and Vestas HSE Vehicle Procurement Standards
- Close partnership with the regional fleet coordinator group and Regional Procurement Organization
Qualifications
- Previous experience from fleet management/B2B Commercial Vehicles is crucial, either from a similar role or from the supplier side
- Finance or Business education or equivalent work experience
- Good level of the English and Swedish language both written and spoken
- Computer literate and good skills in Microsoft office packages
- SAP PE1 literate or knowledge of similar software
- Driver’s license category C is a merit
- Previous professional experience from electrical vehicles is a merit
