Do you get motivated by administratively support others? Are you an effective communicator, detail-focused, and do you handle document review well in fluctuating environments? Then we have the position for you! Vestas is looking for a Document Coordinator for their office in Malmö!

 

Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > CSM Operations

 

CSM Strategy is a team of talented colleagues that are supporting Service Organization across Nordics, UK/IR, Benelux and Poland. The role is located in the CSM Operations team that is handling Documentation, Invoicing, Master Data and Credit Controlling.

 

Responsibilities

 

The CSM Documentation Controller will handle all documentation related matters. This role will work closely together with other members of the CSM department, but will also have close cooperation with Construction, Operations and other internal stakeholders, as well as customer contact when needed.
Furthermore, your responsibilities include, but is not excluded to:

 

  • Making sure that all documentation requirements are delivered to the customer
  • Handling As Is Structure
  • Handling As build documentation
  • Be involved in the HOTS process
  • Ensure documentation check due to the local legislation

 

Qualifications

 

  • Several years of experience from documentation tasks
  • Experience with CRM systems and SAP
  • High-level skills in MS Office, especially Excel 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required, good understanding of one of the Nordic languages is an advantage

Additional information

 

Your primary work location will be Malmö, Sweden.

 

You should expect some travel activity, approximately 5 days per year.
