Tower Module is a department part of Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) responsible for research, design, and development of the wind turbines' tower products. Through innovation, development and continuous product improvements, we continuously develop our products and technologies to reduce the cost and ensure integration of renewable energy. Always aiming to deliver the highest possible value to our customers and to Vestas. Tower Project Management consists of 11 project managers and planners sited in Porto, Chennai, and Aarhus. We coordinate and carry out our projects according to our operating model in an efficient way from scoping to market delivery. As Scrum Master, you will be supporting the teams and product owner to translate the product vision into executable tasks, planning and execution of those, and continuously improve the execution processes with your sense for details and good understanding of team dynamics. To be more precise, your responsibilities will cover:


  • Responsible for handling the scrum process with the coordination of development team and product owner in Agile methodology
  • Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team
  • Supporting the Product Owners to groom and maintain the product backlog in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint 
  • Work with product owners and project managers to handle backlogs and new requests and organize changes as per business guidance
  • Coaching and guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to improve the customer satisfaction
  • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team, coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable for the team
  • Facilitating discussion, administrating and conflict resolution
  • Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
  • Promoting a quality mindset and constructive problem solving within the teams
  • Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate & scheduled meetings, demo and decision-making process in order to ensure quick and proper use of adaptation process
  • Beside running and owning the scrum rituals, you will be part of the agile journey by contributing across the organization in building a solid scrum master team
  • Secure quality deliverables at the end of each sprint - and contribute to to build an environment where team members feels the ownership of the product and enjoy working on it



  • You have a technical or another relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc)
  • Average 3-5 years of experience as Scrum master or other Agile-related role
  • You have experience with large matrix organizations and you have experience handling stakeholders on senior level
  • You have a good understanding of different execution, governance, and budget models
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbally
  • You have experience with using JIRA tool



  • Skilled communication and communication skills and enjoy being around people
  • Process oriented and have a structured way of working
  • Are innovative, and enthusiastic. You don't wait for others to take the initiative
  • Can easily use and promote Agile values and principles and has deep knowledge of agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Have the ability to take and understand the commitment to deliver the product on time
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
  • You have the ability to inspire and people listen to you when you present your points with conviction and valid arguments
  • You can project across different cultures and you are present even though some will be coordinated remotely
  • You embrace changes and you are guiding your surroundings through the changing environment
  • You have efficient IT skills and can quickly understand and read systems and dependencies between systems
