Regional Supply Chain organization in South Europe, Africa and Middle East (MED) is responsible for securing E2E material flow all the way from vendor to customer site for all Manufacturing units. We are responsible for securing due diligence in ramp up & down plans, material demand and Vendor readiness for NPI projects, as well as supporting the business with input for business cases, vendor logistic agreements & delivery RISK mitigation through Commodity Teams among others, to ensure a cost optimized Supply Chain

 

Responsibilities:

You will become a part of a team of approx. 5 people located in 2 different countries being responsible for supporting our MED factories to make sure we stay within our targets and secure that we are able to deliver on our production plans and customer deliveries.

You will participate in NPI projects to secure solid ramp up & down plans as well as gatekeep on readiness of logistic setup, do high stake RISK mitigation management by establishing supply chain overview (line of balance), highlight bottlenecks and secure involvement from relevant departments, make action plans and report to stakeholders and management.

Supporting continues development of our supply chain by identifying requirements in the factories and work on solutions with our stakeholders, improve business processes, improve flow, and reduce cost is of essence to prepare or business for the future.

• Support and optimize the Supply Chain process together with relevant stakeholders.

• Lead the Lean Supply Chain change in Manufacturing MED Region.

• Evaluate purchasing, planning and warehouse set up to ensure a smooth and controlled Supply Chain.

• Implement continue improvement activities to ensure Vendor development.

• Incoming Material flow optimization keeping the right Inventory level.

• Control and keep focus into Customer deliveries for different factories in the MED Region.

• Logistics roadmap implementation.

• Ensure that phase in/out is controlled and obsoletes are avoided

 

 Qualifications:

• High technical studies like Engineer or Chemicals are worth, or specific about Supply Chain.

• Several years' experience in Industrial / Manufacturing environment in Supply Chain, Logistic or Production.

• Supply Chain certificates is an add value.

• Team coordination capacity and Project Management knowledge

• Knowledge and experience in using different Lean tools box.

• Can promote & implement logistic concepts in a complex Supply Chain.

• Experience with Change & stakeholder management is necessary.

• Can work independent and drive initiatives. 

 

Competencies:

• Fluent in English

• Hands-on experience with Supply Chain & Planning in an ERP system (SAP is an important advantage).

• Good level on problem solving to ensure Supply Chain

• Negotiation and teamwork skills.

• Team & activities coordination capacity

• Result Oriented.

• High level on accountability.

• Work under time sensitive environments, proven commitment to continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of Project Management in smaller scale within logistic

• Skills in change management leadership

• Expert in Excel
