Responsibilities

 

  •  You will be overall responsible for overseeing global SQD CPX and Logistics team, where main responsibilities are:

  • Develop and Deploy the Vestas Quality Strategy towards external suppliers under CPX and Logistics in alignment with the relevant business functions.

  • Identify and involve business stakeholders along global and regional organizations in order to achieve the expected business results.

  • Align team, department, function priorities and planning actions to the overall business goals. 

  • Set objectives and priority tasks, and proper resources allocation.

  • Monitor and Controls Supplier Quality Performance in CPX and Logistics.

  • Share and communicate knowledge and innovation.

  • Lead and Develop SQD CPX and Logistics Team to a professional quality team, setting priorities to achieve the business goals and create high impact. 

  • Prepare executive reports and participate in Management review meetings.

 

Qualifications

 

  •  Bachelor's degree in engineering (ideally Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree)

  •  10 years working experience on supplier quality management in manufacturing, logistics or supply chain, offshore experience is desirable.

  •  Solid people management experience

  •  Significant problem-solving skills and experience in leading improvement projects

  •  Experience with ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 systems, and knowledge in QA methodologies, tools and process – such as APQP/ PPAP

  •  Fluency in English, oral and written
