Vestas Global People Services is in charge of supporting employees and managers in all the transactional activities related to the employee's work life cycle in Vestas, specifically we are looking for an qualified Shadow Payroll Analyst to join our Global Mobility team being part of a new established team which will work closely with the business as well as with our global tax advisors to provide first class mobility solutions for Vestas.
Responsabilities 
The Shadow Payroll Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, expanding and operate the Global Shadow payroll policy at Vestas in collaboration with the Mobility team and Payroll

  • You will have the day-to-day responsibility for operating the global shadow payroll in coordination with Payroll and Mobility
  • Support employees and managers with understanding the Shadow Payroll process
  • Ensure a high degree of quality and detail in everything we do in the team
  • Ensure that the Vestas processes continues to maintain the highest possible level possible (in collaboration with Mobility)
  • Responsible for validating data and assist with updating tools and processes

Qualifications 

  • Experience from an international company - for example from an Accounting, Finance or Payroll function
  • 3-5 years of professional experience 
  • Good understanding of a global cross border project business model and what questions that may create
  • Experience with operating shadow payroll

Competencies  

  • Able to supervise several workstreams at the same time
  • Quick to adapt and absorb new knowledge and processes
  • Able to remain calm in a busy environment
  • Confident Microsoft Office user, skilled Excel user desirable
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English
