The Service Sales and Account Management department is a part of our Service Business Unit in Spain and Portugal and is responsible for servicing all aftermarket customers with Operation and Maintenance services for the wind turbines and wind farms. Our key role within the organization is to ensure sustainable growth of the Service department.

 

Responsibilities

 

The selected person will be responsible for managing some of our customers and maintain positive customer relationships, with these main functions:

 

•  Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers; leveraging the relationship to ensure revenue growth for the company.

•  Be responsible to enlarge the service offerings commitments of your assigned customers.

•   Create and identify new business opportunities for the Service organization.

•   Evaluate the Spanish and Portuguese markets, identifying new needs and engaging internal Service departments to constantly update our service portfolio offering.

•   Elaborate and provide to customer the requested quotations for different services, coordinating internally the different departments involved.

•   Tender's elaboration and coordination. 

•   Prepare strategic account reports, records, and track information from customers for internal analysis to prepare negotiation plans.

 

Qualifications

 

•   Master/bachelor's Degree in engineering.

•   Have at least 7 years of experience on technical sales on industrial environments, with experience in selling services and products.

•  Commercial/sales management skills and, preferably, a high level of Wind Energy market knowledge.

 

Competencies

 

•   Good understanding of business process improvements. 

•   Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office and advanced user of Excel.

•   Fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken. 

•   Good interpersonal cooperation skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

•   Great negotiations skills .

•  Be highly motivated and proactive, and possess enhanced customer-service skills.
