Based in our Madrid offices, you will join a highly collaborative, international team with a direct impact on project competitiveness and global execution.

Position Summary

We are looking for procurement professionals with a commercial, strategic, and analytical mindset to join our Logistics & Construction Procurement team.

In this role (Individual Contributor, no direct reports), you will be responsible for procuring specialized services (rather than physical products), leading negotiations across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Your main goal will be to analyze cost structures, perform competitive price benchmarks, and secure advantageous commercial agreements that ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and project budgets across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Management & Negotiation: Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts for logistics services, specialized transport, and construction support.

  • Cost Analysis & Benchmarking: Develop and maintain cost models, price benchmarks, and offer comparisons to challenge cost premises with financial arguments and secure the best commercial terms.

  • Stakeholder Management & Negotiation: Drive negotiations and build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders (suppliers, operations, logistics, sales, legal, and finance) to align business objectives.

  • Bidding & Project Support: Collaborate with sales and tendering teams during the bidding phase by calculating competitive logistics costs and securing supplier capacity.

  • Contract Monitoring & Supplier Performance: Ensure contract compliance, track timely logistics delivery targets, and maintain strong, long-term commercial partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Open to profiles ranging from high-potential candidates (1–2 years) to consolidated/senior procurement specialists (+5 years) in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, or service management within multinational environments.

  • Industry Focus: Highly desirable experience in procuring services within transportation, logistics, construction, infrastructure, energy, or other project-based industrial sectors.

  • Commercial & Financial Skills: Strong negotiation profile with a solid ability to interpret numbers, run financial benchmarks, and communicate persuasively.

  • Procurement Tools: Proficient in sourcing processes and procurement platforms (knowledge of SAP Ariba is a plus).

  • Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written) is required for daily collaboration with international teams and regional suppliers. (German is an advantage).

Competencies & Profile

  • Autonomy & Proactivity: Self-driven profile (Individual Contributor), results-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently.

  • Communication & Relationship Leadership: Ability to communicate clearly, influence, and negotiate with diverse internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Analytical Mindset: Capacity to translate numerical data into commercial strategies and negotiation leverage.

  • Alignment with Values: Accountability, Simplicity, Collaboration, and Passion for driving positive change in the energy transition.
