BPM (Business Performance Management) is a department within Finance that is committed to promoting performance. We are in charge of ensuring the right financial forecast for volumes and profitability, promote transparency and improvements in performance across strategy, regional business plan, and budget. 

Responsibilities:

As a Finance Trainee, you will be part of the Vestas Mediterranean Finance team and will be performing analysis, support Finance Project Management and be responsible for minor projects. Furthermore, you will be involved in the day-to-day situations of supporting and improving the business together with stakeholders outside finance. This includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Management reporting analysis
• Develop presentations
• Ad hoc analysis
• Project Management
• Business support

Qualifications:

Working on a Master's degree and located in the metropolitan area of Madrid.

We expect you to have experience with the following:

• Advanced skills within MS office
• AI knowledge will be valuable
• Fluency in English
• Good methodological and communication skills
• Professional, handle ambiguity well and complex situations
• Desire to improve and simplify our work and our solutions for the benefit of our customers
• Have an inclusive and global mindset
