Service Management Office is part of Service MED and is responsible for the coordination and achievement of the Strategic target settings and completion of the MED region along with the subregional Service Departments.

You will participate in implementing the Strategic initiatives for Service and support the Business Management in the daily decision-making processes. You will directly report to the Service Subregional Director in constant and solid communication with the Regional Service Management team.

 

Responsibilities

• Connecting Operations short-, mid- and long-term planning with financial performance.

• Managing all stakeholders in the subregional service teams.

• Ensuring correct governance is applied along with our finance and operations teams, making sure all inputs and perspectives are considered for the best possible decision-making process.

• Supporting regional and subregional management through relevant analysis of the Business indicators, monitoring deviations, and proposing corrective action plans.

• Supporting the reporting of Financial forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.

• In connection with the Regional Service Management office, supporting the implementation of coordination measures to ensure alignment across the region.

• Ensuring correct implementation of new tools and processes related to cost management, engaging the right stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree

• At least 2 years of significant experience in operations, finance department, or performance management.

• Strategical mindset with solid stakeholder management skills.

• Basic financial concepts understanding.

• Good understanding of the wind industry or similar industries.

• Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
