Our core function in Service Finance team is to partner Service area by setting guidance and providing financial insights and recommendation to support data-driven decision making. This position reports into Head of Service Finance for MED region (MED region spanning South & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) and includes the following main responsibilities.
Responsibilities
• Provide insights into monthly performance of the organization to support consolidation of the Regional financial statement and governance towards the Headquarter.
• Coordinate yearly budget and monthly forecast process for Service organization.
• Actively participate in relevant governance meetings to ensure common understanding of performance and actions points.
• Support Service management in maximizing business opportunities (i.e. support business cases, improvement initiatives).
• Business partner to Regional functions (Service Supply Chain), focusing on financial analysis and insights to drive performance.
• Drive financial processes improvement and standardization in the region.
• Ad-hoc financial reports/analysis as required by the business.
Qualifications
• University degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project cost control, financial analysis, and business performance management, ideally within multinational organizations.
• Solid accounting knowledge. Experience with the percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting method is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP, SAP BI, and/or SAP HANA; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish is an advantage.
