The Resource Planning & Upgrade Management department has recently been established within the Global Operations Management Office team. The new department brings together key workforce-related areas, including Capacity Planning (CAPLA), Time Management, Subcontractor Management, and CIM & Upgrade Management.
You will work within a small, specialized team of subject matter experts and will liaise with teams scattered across different geographical regions, with a focus on increasing the Operational Excellence maturity and cost performance of all upgrade management topics.
Responsibilities
The tasks you'll perform include:
- Continuously maintain an overview of platform-related CIM cases and retrofits portfolio
- Coordinate with Regional service operations on Implementation Plans for all CIM retrofits, according to instructions & procedures in close cooperation with CIM VTO
- Coordinate the CIM Cost Handshake process, ensure standardization, deployment, and coordination between CIM PM, Lean and Regions
- Follow up on CIM retrofits execution and ensure Performance Deviations are mitigated
- Assess training needs & explore opportunities to reduce operational costs
- Facilitate the sharing of global best practices
Qualifications
- Academic degree Bachelor's level or higher
- Technical background within Engineering or Quality
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change and upgrade management in a global organization
Competencies
- Capability to persuade and lead initiatives
- High-level technical skills combined with effective interpersonal skills
- Effective stakeholder management skills in a global organization
- Demonstrated capability in managing and implementing change within a global environment
- Demonstrated skill in advancing global improvements and standardization with best practices
- Solid communication skills (written and spoken) in English. While not required, familiarity with additional languages is considered an asset

Additional information
