The Fleet management department, dependent on the Service Management Office is responsible for the Coordination of the vehicle fleet for MED, MENA, South Africa and Kenya. This department manages suppliers and end users, optimizes the fleet and reduces CO2 emissions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all fleet demands from our internal customers ensuring on time deliveries full filled with quality and safety standards required by each country across MED region.
• Become a key part of the Business Improvement Team, working across different countries and time zones
• Function as Service Account Manager for the suppliers within the fleets management including find and lead selection, qualification, negotiation and contracting
• Analyze cost structures, spends and demands patterns, macro-economic effects and impacts on behalf of the entire team
• Oversee continuous improvement programs internally and with suppliers, prioritizing safety, cost reduction, supplier optimization, and process standardization
• Ensure adherence to KPI's in regard to safety, quality, cost, delivery, innovation and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relevant area,  at least 3years with fleet management
• High school diploma or equivalent (university degree preferred)
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP knowledge

• High written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in multinational companies
• Open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others
