 Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator you will support the Sales Team during pre-qualifications and negotiations of turbine supply agreements. This entails arranging, coordinating and participating in internal and external meetings. As part of this, you coordinate and track tasks and time schedules, you follow up on deliverables from team members and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the reporting and tracking tools for contract negotiations. At the same time, you ensure that our exchange of documentation with customers is in line with expectations and handled in accordance with the defined procedures.

 

Qualification

  • Experience working with similar tasks - for instance in a department focusing on large-scale business-to-business projects or in an international company working in a department handling complex long-term projects
  • Advanced expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good Communications in English verbally and in writing.
  • Solid presentation skills

You have a structured and organised way of handling tasks in a innovative and constantly changing environment. You are used to working with governance and following up on your daily work. You are also used to handling daily administration of different kinds.
