Vestas Factory

Do you want to be a part of updating and creating trainings and training processes at our Lem Factory. We are looking for someone with great communication skills who wants to join the wind industry.  


Manufacturing and Global Procurement > Global Manufacturing > NPI Quality


This Training Support Instructor is part of the NPI (New Product Introduction) quality team in our Lem factory. The team consists of quality technicians and quality engineers, where you can be a part of defining this new role. You will be the link between Process Instructors at the factory and our Global Learning team.  
We are very open when it comes to educational background and want to hear how you can contribute to the team and Vestas.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct teaching/training at the factory.
  • Maintain local training results in the LMS the system.
  • Update of local training material.
  • Participate in training board meetings.
  • Supporters in the development of global training material and courses.
  • Ensure updating and maintenance of technical expertise on relevant processes

 
Qualifications

  • You must write and speak both Danish and English
  • Experience with delivering training/teaching
  • IT knowledge, especially Office suite

 
Competencies

  • Have skills and the desire to train and teach all levels in the factory
  • You enjoy working as part of a team 
  • You are structured and systematic

It is a full-time position of 37 hours, where you follow the production work calendar.
