Do you have experience with Project Planning in a training environment? We are looking for a Training Project Lead, who wants to support us solve one of the most important global issues of our time – Ensuring a more sustainable future. 

 

Manufacturing & Global Procurement > Global PE Blades > Launch & Execution

Within Global Manufacturing's PE Blades division, the Training Launch & Execution department oversees the coordinated rollout of new products along the entire value chain.

Our department deliver matured, flawless and risk mitigated products to internal and external manufacturing partners by providing support pre- and during launch of new products via Global installation and Launch Teams.
We do our outmost to optimize the speed of introduction of changes / new products and securing the right level of skills and competence levels across manufacturing.

 

Responsibilities

As a Training project lead you will be accountable for planning, coordination, execution, and recording of the training related activities listed within VwTM Modular and Technology Transfer Projects while adhering to the priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.

In the role you will be accountable and responsible for the following key tasks. 
•    Develop and maintain a Training Development Project plan, incl. the budget for the duration of the projects assigned.
•    Plan tooling training in accordance to training manual and L5 instructions.
•    Escalate missing deliveries and risks from the project towards project manager
•    Accountable for the delivery of the training ADS within the project in accordance with Vestas way to market.
•    Accountable for recording of all training into allocated Learning management system for all assigned projects
•    Ensure Training coordination with all stakeholders for all assigned projects 

 

Qualifications

•    You are an advanced-level MS Office user. 
•    You hold PRINCE2 or similar experience from leading workstreams 
•    You have experience with training facilitation, coordination, alignment, and execution
•    You have experience with Taxonomy, setting SMART Objectives, Instructional techniques, building Lessons plans and courses.
•    You have excellent in presentation, communication, stakeholder management
•    You are fluent in English, both written and verbally
•    Valid EU drivers license

Additional information

Your primary work location will be DK, Lem or Nakskov. 
 
This position requires up to 100 days of travel.
