Are you motivated by leading and developing people? We are currently looking for a new Team Leader to work in our Global installation and maintenance team.  

Manufacturing and Global Procurement > Global Manufacturing > Global Maintenance

The overall responsibility for Global Installation and Maintenance are to plan and carry out systematic maintenance on all our factories, for the purpose of ensuring a high equipment availability so that our production can be carried out as planned without risk to employee safety, product quality and the environment

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and coaching of a highly skilled team
• Secure and deploy TPM across manufacturing
• Analyse/monitor tools and utilities related problems and identify solutions which reduce downtime and conserve maintenance costs.
• Facilitation of internal improvement projects
• Support during introduction of new products and technology in close cooperation with Tooling
• Be the main driver and responsible for  energy optimization at our NPI Factory Lem (Global Energy Management Board)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine
• Previous leadership experience and experience working in a maintenance´s Dept. or in a technical support position
• Fluent in Danish and English

• A can-do approach and true motivation for giving our factories  a great service experience
• Systematic, innovative, and self-motivated
• Solid professional communication skills with the ability to connect with various stakeholders both internally and externally
• Able to maintain focus in a time-sensitive setting and handling peaks and a heavy workload
• can see through, people, machines, processes
