Factory Instructor - Nakskov (Day/night)

Our training team is currently consisting of several factory instructors divided into day and night shifts (12 hour workdays from 07 - 19 and 19 - 07). We are looking for factory instructors for both shifts.
The Nakskov factory produces offshore blades for our biggest turbines. We are approximately 1000 employees on the factory, which functions 24/7
Area of responsibility
- Has the primary task of conducting general training and supporting the Process Instructors.
Responsibilities
- Arrange, conduct, and record in LMS of all training and accredited courses for employees within the factory
- Organizing and planning of the training courses as required.
- Staying updated and maintaining technical expertise on relevant processes and accreditations
- Support Regional Training programs as required.
- Provide and update local training materials.
Qualifications/competencies
- You have a background in training/education in a production environment within support functions
- You are structured and good in planning and coordinating
- You read, write and speak Danish and English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office products and IT systems
