Field Supervisor

The Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines within Poland. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our success. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.

Responsibilities
As a Field Supervisor you are expected to:

• Supervise the most efficient execution of the plan that was made
• Setting operational expectations and creating effective routines for technicians
• Be responsible for hiring of and performance discussions with technicians
• Effectively cooperate and communicate with other stakeholders in Service Nordic 
• Be committed to decisions taken by the company and to follow processes that are adequate for the service business
• Have a good business sense and good economical understanding in order to encourage results

Qualifications

• Experience on a similar position, such us supervisor or service technician
• Educational or relevant work background 
• English language on a very good level
• Driving license cat. B
• MS office skills

• Demonstrate ability to supervise teams with an organised and methodical approach
