You will be part of the DevEx department, whose purpose is to let the module's developers be developers by providing services, applications, and automation to delivery teams. Our mission is to accelerate development time and enhance developer experience.

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to guide a team of software engineers building reliable, scalable applications and backend services using .NET and Python.

In this role, you will combine practical development, technical leadership, and planning responsibility, playing a key part in both delivery execution and the long‑term evolution of our systems and engineering practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET frameworks
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Investigate, debug, and optimize existing applications
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Implement and manage caching strategies to improve application performance and scalability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience as a Software Developer or a similar role
  • Relevant professional experience as a software engineer, with a solid focus on .NET and Python 
  • Familiarity with database technologies like SQL Server or PostgreSQL
  • Understanding of software development principles and design patterns
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
