In Project Planning & Performance we offer a consistent approach to the management of projects in Vestas R&D:

• We work with project management standards, framework, processes, and tools supporting our project managers in completion of projects. We ensure that we have the right project management processes, tools and training to support our project managers and their teams.
• We assist our organization to realize its projects and initiatives by securing a common project management framework, approach and support of systems and tools.
• We develop, produce and maintain project management processes, tools, templates and training.
• We support and train our project managers in execution of their projects.
• We focus on quality in project management and daily project tasks.
• We secure project managers have a voice and place to embed best practices into our framework, processes and tools.
• We want to make it transparent, simple, and easy for project managers and project teams to accomplish projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, ensuring the continuous assessment, measurement, and preservation of business value in delivered solutions
• Ensure stakeholder engagement through data-centered product development and lifecycle 
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, implement, and maintain products, ensuring their consistent release and measurement
• Implement tools and frameworks to measure the efficiency of our solutions, collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and business units to define requirements
• Collaboration with business units on backlog and features prioritization
• Understanding of AI trends and how could those enhance the organization's project management framework
• Contribute to the team's best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Skilled in end-user acceptance testing and measurement
• Experience in efficient product release in similar roles within matrix organizations
• Proficient abilities in analyzing business requirements
• Effective collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders from different levels 
• Proficiency in assessing value effectively
• Effective communication abilities
• Familiarity with efficiency measurement tools
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes

• Proficient at solving problems and paying attention to details
