As part of SW Platform & Networks Project Management, you will be a part of a team of highly skilled project managers and Scrum Masters. In our team, we are accountable for establishing, operating, and implementing the project portfolio of Software Platform solutions around the world. We coordinate and carry out our projects according to our execution model in an efficient way from scoping to market delivery. Responsibilities

• You'll have a key role in the execution of our projects and development activities, framed with the Agile methodologies namely SAFe framework by working close to the development teams and also the module Project Managers and module management roles.
• Responsible for handling the SCRUM/Kanban process with the coordination of development team and product owner in Agile methodology
• Responsible to remove the impediments for the SCRUM teams
• Supporting and educating the Product Owners to groom and maintain the product backlog in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
• Coaching and guiding the team on how to use Agile practices and values to improve the customer satisfaction
• Assessing the Agile Train maturity for the different teams, implementing metrics and coaching the teams to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and in line with module execution.
• Facilitating discussion, administrating, and conflict resolution.
• Driving, directing and guiding the execution of the teams to getting our goals accomplished.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, establishing ways of working with key partners across Value Chain.
• Arranging daily stand-up meetings, facilitate & scheduled meetings, demo and decision-making process in order to ensure quick and proper use of adaptation process.
• And overall assuring that the Agile Release Train is executing and delivering at its best pace.

Qualifications 

• You have a technical or another relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc). 
• An engineering degree within electrical/electronic, IT, or similar is an added value, but not a factor of exclusion.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as SCRUM master or other Agile-related role.
• You have experience with large matrix organizations and you have experience handling stakeholders on senior level.
• Certification on SAFe methodology is a plus.
• You have a good understanding of different execution, governance, and budget models.
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbally

• You can easily use and promote Agile values and principles and have good knowledge of Agile framework and its' methods (SCRUM, Kanban)
• You have the ability to take and understand the commitment to deliver the product on time and according to target requirements. 
• Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• You have the ability to inspire and people listen to you when you present your points with conviction and valid arguments.
• You can project across different cultures and you are present even though some will be coordinated remotely.
• You embrace changes and you are guiding your surroundings through the changing environment.
• You have good IT skills and can quickly understand and read systems and dependencies between systems.
