Procurement Customer projects department, in close collaboration with Regional Procurement Program Managers (RPPM), will serve as the Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management​ (EPPM) interface between Sales and Customer Project Execution (CPX). The team will ensure early involvement in the sales and construction phases of customer projects, including local content requirements, and will develop an end-to-end procurement plan. The department will be responsible for ensuring procurement readiness for customer projects, working with RPPMs for both current and new market entries. Additionally, another key focus will be managing the project portfolio and monitoring performance for Procurement projects, including NPI, Technology Transfer, Local Content and customer projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Creating detailed project timelines, including milestones and deadlines
  • Identifying and assigning resources for the project
  • Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned
  • Tracking project progress and making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation for reference and reporting purposes
  • Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, project management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of extensive engineering experience, particularly in managing complex and technically demanding construction projects
  • Knowledge in Project Planning Software Tools such as Primavera P6, or other relevant scheduling software, capable of creating detailed project schedules, master schedules, and comprehensive reports
  • practical and direct experience and effective communication and interpersonal skills

 

Competencies

  • Experience in Master Schedule management
  • Extensive understanding and knowledge of Primavera P6
  • Experience in Microsoft Projects
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite
  • Proficient usage of the Critical Path Method
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Good understanding of Delay Analysis
  • Knowledge in Earn Value Management (EVM) - Principles
  • Experience in S-Curve Reporting
