We are seeking a motivated leader to manage and orchestrate our DevOps tooling team and our software product security team. You will be part of a global team consisting of Project Managers, Release Managers, Test Managers, Verification Specialists and DevOps Engineers that collaborate closely to advance our capabilities within DevOps, SW verification and - release. We are 40 people in the Delivery & Integration department located in both Aarhus, Denmark and Porto, Portugal. We are a part of the Product Applications and Controls product development organization encapsulating the IT/OT/data capabilities and future digital technology roadmaps for Vestas' products.
Responsibilities
Your primary task will include managing the deliveries from the team to the many stakeholders who depend on the team You will be the cornerstone of making sure we deliver a high-quality tool chain for each phase of the DevOps lifecycle, and that we ensure timely action on potential cyber security vulnerabilities relevant to our product portfolio. You will:
- Lead and coordinate the planning of deliveries from the team
- Ensure alignment across the organization on the requirements towards the DevOps tool chain
- Communicate & report progress to various stakeholders
- Coordinate resources and prioritizations in alignment with project management and stakeholders across the organization (including partners in the IT department)
- Improve the efficiency of the area through active license management and technical improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Education in Business, IT or Engineering + a minimum of 5 years of experience working with software development and/or people management in a larger organization with relevant context
- Relevant management experience from the software development area
- Having experience with data-driven performance management (setting KPIs, delivering measurable impact) is valued

- Language skills: Fluent English (Writing and oral)
