Cyber Security is part of Vestas Power Solutions designs and deliveries modern, secure and maintainable OT solutions. Aims to create value for Vestas and our customers with future solutions using the latest technology and security trends to detect potential threats before they become real.

 

Responsibilities

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will support the team working on our products and solutions that are being deployed to support the cybersecurity needs across a diverse suite of ICS components. Your focus will be to:

  • Implementing, managing, monitoring and upgrading security measures for the protection of the OT devices in our hybrid Power Plants
  • Troubleshoot security and network problems
  • Respond diligently to all system or network security breaches
  • Ensuring that the OT data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls
  • Participate in the change management process
  • Test and identify network and system vulnerabilities

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Informatics Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of industry standards within this area, primarily IEC 62443, IEC 62351
  • Experience with Python/Bash/PowerShell or other scripting languages/tools
  • Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques
  • Technical documentation (English)
  • Project execution
  • Change management
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Solid but generic knowledge of IT/ICS security, risk management
  • Knowledge of computer forensics analysis, ethical hacking, security testing, etc.
