As a member of the Supply Chain Risk & Resilience team, you will develop & implement CIM supply chain planning solutions within SIOP. To do so, you need to ensure high availability by prioritizing and securing capacity for materials impacted by CIM cases. This role will directly impact LPF and overall supply chain contribution.

You will have a high degree of stakeholder interaction and a diverse range of activities, requiring you to communicate effectively across the organization, prioritize, and maintain a focus on the quality of results.

 

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility will be to consolidate the demand and supply plan for a platform. In addition, you will be working with:

  • Own and govern CIM planning within SIOP and ensure continuous improvement
  • Govern overall platform-wise meetings with CIM PM & technical team
  • Lead CIM performance meeting with SBUs and various other stakeholders
  • Provide fact-based opportunities/risks of supply chain performance on CIM cases – cost perspective
  • Align demand vs supply plan with all relevant stakeholders (CIM, SBUs, Procurement, Buying, Engineering, Logistics, etc.)
  • Coordinate task force meetings for critical CIM cases within specific platform, including risk mitigation actions and communication towards leadership team
  • Ensure high availability, Low LPF with an optimal inventory level for CIM-relevant materials

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or MSc. degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or similar or relevant theoretical training
  • Approximately +5 years' relevant experience with supply chain from a global organization, e.g. within the SIOP/S&OP area
  • Solid practical experience examining and maintaining supply planning
  • Familiar with MS Office combined with significant experience within the area of SAP ERP / SAP IBP systems or similar

Additional information

This is a hybrid position based in Porto, Portugal and requires up to 15 travel days per year.
