Simulation Development is a new, rapidly growing department of highly motivated engineers, responsible for propelling, defining, and ensuring that both short and long-term targets are met for HOW we simulate across our wind turbine platforms and modules. The department naturally interfaces with all major turbine design areas and must hone the common data exchange protocols, interfaces, and design process to guarantee an increasingly efficient design machinery for our turbines. To achieve this goal, the department is also responsible for the overall simulation strategy and thereby HOW our simulation tools - both proprietary, bespoke and commercial - are working together.


As a Scrum Master you will be supporting the teams and product owner to optimizing the agile processes and secure a continuously improvement of the execution processes with your sense for details and good understanding of team dynamics. You will with the Product Owner and developers deliver good solution with the continues focus on increasing the value contribution towards the stakeholders by removing impediments and be part of living the team culture. Beside running and owning the daily scrum you will be part of the agile journey by contribute across the organization in building a skilled scrum master team. You will further own the teams Azure setup, and secure code standards and quality are continuously improved for the solution delivered for the department through implementation of CI/CD etc.



  • Min B.Sc. in Software, Information Systems and Technologies, Business Development or other relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience with Azure DevOp


Desirable Qualifications:

  • Programming/software development competencies: Fluency in at least one general purpose/scripting computer language (e.g C/C++, Java, Python, Ruby, etc)  and experience architecting/developing software systems


To be suitable in this position you find motivation in working with people and technology to secure value is being creating and enjoy finding ways to improve process and team performance. Further, you should feel comfortable collaborating with other scrum masters to secure the value is captured across Engineering Development. To achieve your goals with this, you have solid interpersonal skills to secure the development team is delivering at its best and a solid technical understanding.

  • Have the patience to listen to, understand and respect your colleagues.
  • Are committed to pushing the state-of-the art in Wind Turbine simulation technology.
  • Like to work with complex engineering problems and have a creative approach to next steps .
  • Take pride in initiating and promoting technology development projects through a large organization.
  • Have good communication skills and are fluent in English (speaking and writing).


It is desirable if you have:

  • Project Management or business education/experience.
  • Experience within other large corporate organizations.
