Training Planning Agent - Zaragoza (ES)

MED Service and Construction Training Department delivers safety and technical trainings for technicians in the Vestas Service organization, customers and subcontractors. As MED region, we cover Technical trainings for all the countries in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Work on planning and scheduling the department work flow.

• Interact with related internal and external parties to create possible training programs.

• Efficient use of department resources.

• Coordinate with different stakeholders for the organization of the forecast, establish a work calendar with the adequate resource assignment for it´s execution.

• Create a good constructive work environment.

• Maintenance of our training database.

• Reports department efficiency to management.

• Maintain compliance with KPI´s

Qualifications:

• Technical or University degree on Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or similar.

• Proficient Excel and Office skills.

• Knowledge in Power BI will be valued.

• Experience in database management and analysis.

• Proficient with IT systems and familiar with database and planning tools

• Intermediate level of English (B2), daily communications in English.

• Good experience in service environment with a focus on planning.

• Ability to work in a team. Social skills.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in planning tasks.

• Analytical and organizational skills
