Service Tools MED Team Leader in Zaragoza

Vestas is looking for a skilled and people-focused Tools Team Leader to join our stable Supply Chain Operations team, ensuring the planning, repair, certification and technical support of service tools worldwide.

You will guide a group of 14 professionals spread across 3 continents, overseeing intricate operations and encouraging teamwork across diverse cultures and locations.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and maintain a positive safety culture within the team
• Supervise and support a skilled, experienced international team
• Motivate, coach and develop individual team members through tailored follow-up
• Collaborate with stakeholders (warehouse, transport, customs, internal customers) to meet KPIs
• Secure technical alignment and process standardization across locations
• Plan back-up structures for leaves and absences
• Manage escalation of issues and provide technical direction
• Manage and contribute to strategic and operational improvement projects

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
• Experience managing remote/international teams
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
• Driving license and flexibility to travel 20%
• Additional languages: French, Italian, Greek, Turkish will be consider as a plus

• Ability to lead remote teams with clarity and understanding
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
