Regional Distribution MED is responsible to develop and optimize to deliver Spares and Tools material flow End to End from Global Whs to Service locations/vans and back (reverse logistic) at lower cost.

Responsibilities

1. Define optmize Global/local transport lanes from global WH to Regional SCR warehouses and service depots (standard / express).
2. Explore Transport solutions to reduce costs and improve execution.
3. Validate Costs and propose alternatives if too costly and not matching delivery time from Business; track & trace, delivery drop-off points.
4. Ensure LSP forwarding processes adhere to specific country requirements.
5. Support to Global & Regional Procurement in MRS and SLA definition in International Tenders.
6. 6Launch domestic Transpor tenders in alignment with Procurement and Service
7. Ensure best set-up, distribution network, carrier, End To End processes are properly defined before start-up.
8. Configure Service Transportation Budget in alignment with SCO MED based in main stakeholders' inputs. Track deviations on monthly basis, based in Service Transportation cost report released by Finance.
9. Cost allocation/validation process in coordination with Finance Team.
10. Export documentation readiness in order to make sure Surplus and Defect (and Tools) are shipped back timely and avoiding extra costs at Customs (MENA region).
11. Reverse logistic process flow to be optimized
12. Improve Quality on distribution flow

Qualifications

• Both Supply Chain (Logistic and Warehouse) and Commercial (Procurement) knowledge.
• Experience in the logistics of an industrial, automotive, wind energy or similar company is requiered.
• Languages: Spanish and English are mandatory. Arabic will be a positive point.
• Experience in an international organization is prefered
• Project Management experience will be a positive point: costs, timelines, forecast management...
• Master Degree in Logistic or Supply Chain. Engineer degree will be an asset.
