Vestas Mediterranean (MED) is an independent business unit within Vestas Wind Systems, covering the markets around the Mediterranean, Africa and Middle East. It is responsible for developing these markets in terms of sales, project installation and customer service.
The Service Operations is responsible for the smooth running of our customer's wind farms, ensuring the highest levels of performance from each turbine for its entire lifespan. It works to ensure that the turbines are operational to their maximum capacity, delivering the best possible energy yield for customers. As such, the team is key to maintaining long-term customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and practical Operations Support professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the Team Mobility Coordinator. Additionally, the candidate will ensure all documentation is up to date and support the coordination of international travel and new requisitions within the department. This role requires advanced communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Mobility Coordinator: Coordinate all defined international assignments and supervise the entire process of visas, work permits, PWD, and A1 forms. Follow up with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure clearance for travel within the expected time.
- Documentation Management: Control and update all documentation internally across different portals. React promptly to any deviations.
- Travel Support: Develop strategies for the most common assignment locations to define a list of preferred hotels and routes
- Departmental support: assist with all purchase orders within the department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or a similar role (mandatory).
- Effective verbal and written communication in Spanish and English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Turkish is an asset.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and other relevant software.
